Returns

We want you to be delighted with your purchase, however if you need to return we make it super easy for you!  Please see our policy below.

Return Policy 
Return must be completed within 7 days of purchase and a store credit will be issued upon receipt and inspection of all items.  If accepted, the refund will be issued in the form of store credit. The store credit will never expire.  You will receive an email confirmation when refund has been completed by S&F Team.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, undamaged, or defective and in the same condition that you received it, which includes smoke-free and pet hair-free.  Item must be in the original packaging with tags attached.  If you received a free promotional item we ask that you kindly include that with your return.  The promotional item also needs to be in original conditional with tags attached.  Returns will be denied if all products are not included. That's only fair, right :)
 
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept intimate apparel or personal care items such as accessories, bralettes, hats, socks and beauty products.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
If your item is eligible for return we will deduct shipping charges from your refund and issue you store credit. We will notify you via email when this has been completed. 
In the event your item is deemed nonreturnable based on the above criteria we will notify you and make arrangements to re-ship the item(s), however you will be responsible for shipping charges.
Exchanges
We are able to exchange your clothing item(s) provided we have the new size in stock- same rules apply as returns.
